Contact? interdimensional and UFO

I do not know what is causing this but I suspect there may be an extraterrestrial ship, construction or field on the ground. It may also be an interdimensional field that is somehow somewhat visible when digital video of it is slowed down. If you look at the picture that is on the video before you hit play there is an entity visible there. It is under and just to the left and also above and below the play button. It's body is clear and plasma like while I think I pick out a horse like head facing to the viewers right. This "horses head" is made up of the foliage. The eye is black and the mouth starts just above the play button.

One of the weird things about this phenomena is that it morphs in perspective to the viewer or the thing they are interested in. One of the red entities under the pine tree seems to be focused on me at first but then looks ahead seemingly interested in my dog.

The UFO is very hard to see as it looks like a diamond shaped cloud that has a darker and slowly rotating band around the middle.
